Charlene Begley Jones, age 57, of London, Kentucky passed away February 24, 2018 after a long and courageous battle with cancer. She was born September 3, 1960 to the union of John and Anna Lee Begley, both of which survive her. She is survived by her husband William David Jones, and two daughters; Mitzi Michelle Alsip (Garrett), and Christy Lynn Tankersley, both of London. She is also survived by two stepdaughters; Wanda Michelle Truty (Andrew), and Rebecca LeAnne Reed (Christopher). She's survived by one sister and two brothers; Diane Begley, John Douglas Begley (Christy), and Michael Lee Begley (Cyndi). She is also survived by six grandchildren; William Alsip, Isaac Alsip, Jacob Tankersley, Graycie Tankersley, Kristen Truty, and Michael Truty, all of London, Kentucky. She leaves behind a host of family and friends, all of which mourn her passing. Charlene Begley Jones was a Registered Nurse, a loving mother, a devoted wife, a caring daughter and sister, and the greatest Nana to her grandchildren. Services for Charlene Begley Jones will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 27, 2018 in London Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Greg Begley officiating. Burial will follow at A.R. Dyche Memorial Park. The family of Charlene Begley Jones will receive friends at London Funeral Home after 6:00 p.m. on Monday, February 26, 2018. Pallbearers will be: Garrett Alsip, Andy Truty, Chris Reed, Doug Begley, Austin Begley, Shane Collins, Ronnie Collins, and T.J. Nelson.
