Charlotte (Toby) Manning

Charlotte (Toby) Manning, age 65 of London, Kentucky passed away Friday, October 13, 2017 at her residence. She was the mother of Donny Manning and wife Joy of London, Kentucky, the sister of Phyllis Daniel and husband Joe, Wayne Toby and wife Alice, and Roger Toby and wife Ruth all of London, Kentucky, Jim Toby and wife Val of Dearborn Heights, Michigan, and Wanda Burkhart of Manhattan, Illinois, and by a special friend, Teddie Warren of London, Kentucky. She is also survived by two grandchildren; Jessica Manning and Elizabeth Manning both of London, Kentucky. She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Darrell Manning, by her parents, Gilford Toby and Hazel (Sargent) Toby, and by one brother, Harold Toby. She was a beautician and a member of Hart Baptist Church. Funeral Services for Charlotte (Toby) Manning will be conducted 3:00 PM Monday, October 16, 2017 in London Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Terrell Bradley officiating. Burial will follow 12:00 Noon Tuesday, October 17, 2017 at Resthaven Cemetery in Baxter, Kentucky. The family of Charlotte (Toby) Manning will receive friends at London Funeral Home from 1:00 PM Monday, October 16, 2017 until the service hour.
