David Baldwin

David Baldwin, age 80, of Rockford, Illinois and formerly of Laurel County, passed away Tuesday, May 16, 2017 at his residence. He was the father of Anna Lou Baldwin of Wisconsin, Carol Denise Parra of Arizona, Peggy Sue Stoker and husband Gary, Glendora Lewis and husband Ronnie, and Kathleen Doreen Horn and husband RIck all of Huntington, West Virginia, Charlene Maureen Arias, and Grace Edna Baldwin Quintero all of Chicago, Illinois, Melanie Kaye Barrios and husband Isidro of Rockford, Illinois, Debra Faye Baldwin of Oswego, Illinois, and David Baldwin, Jr., and wife Joette of Watersmeet, Michigan; the brother of Ann Hunter of Cincinnati, Ohio, and Sandy Herron of Burnside, Kentucky. He was also blessed with thirty-seven grandchildren, and several great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his spouse, Charlotte (Jackson) Baldwin; by his parents, Charlie Nelson Baldwin and Grace Laverne (Fullington) Baldwin; by his siblings, Albert Baldwin, William Baldwin, Marie Caudell, Lillie Grimes, Mabel Hayes, and Nancy Feltner; by his stepchildren, Vicky Lewis and Irwin Lewis. Funeral services for David Baldwin will be conducted Tuesday, May 23, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. in London Funeral Home Chapel with Delmer Gross officiating. Burial will follow at Pilgrims Rest Cemetery, East Bernstadt, Kentucky. The family of David Baldwin will receive friends at London Funeral Home after 6:00 p.m. on Monday, May 22, 2017.
