Lorene Mae (Arthur) Williams

Lorene Mae Arthur Williams age 82, of Fayetteville, Tennessee and formerly of Laurel County, passed away Thursday, January 12, 2017 at Lincoln Memorial Center in Fayetteville, Tennessee. She was the mother of Deborah Hebert and husband Rusty of Fayetteville, Tennessee, Dreama Wright and husband John, and Marla Tilghman and husband Mike all of London, Kentucky; the stepmother of Rita Williams of London, Kentucky; the sister of Glen “Pig” Arthur, Don “Duck” Arthur, Wayne Arthur, Helen Wilson, Barbara Baker, and Alma Hale all of London, Kentucky. She was also blessed with seventeen grandchildren and twenty-five great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Edgar Allen; by her second husband, Reavis Williams; by two sons, Michael Allen and Rex Allen; by one stepdaughter, Tammy Williams; by her parents, Alonzo Ted Arthur and Reinda Anna (Dugger) Arthur; by one brother Paul Arthur. Funeral services for Lorene Mae Arthur Williams will be conducted Saturday, January 14, 2017 at 12:00 noon at Hightop Baptist Church, London, Kentucky, with Randy Baker and Ronnie Hale officiating. Burial will follow at Arthur Cemetery. The family of Lorene Mae Arthur Williams will receive friends at Hightop Baptist Church from 11:00 a.m. until the service hour on Saturday, January 14, 2017. Pallbearers are Stacey Shepherd, Lucas Shepherd, Adam Shepherd, J.D. Wright, Weslyn Wright, Jessie Williams, Sam Allen. Honorary Pallbearers are John Wright, Rusty Hebert.
