Lucille Vernon

Lucille (Clark) Vernon, age 73, wife of Harold Vernon of East Bernstadt, Kentucky passed away Wednesday April 11, 2018 at U.K. Medical Center. She was the mother of Sam Vernon and Audrey Asher both of East Bernstadt, Kentucky; the sister of Janie Ison, Carol Sue Rhodes, Robert Lee Clark, Tracy Matthews, and Joseph Clark all of East Bernstadt, Kentucky, Rebecca Ann Lewis and Linda Ann Taylor both of Benham, Kentucky, Martin Troy Clark Jr. of Smilax, Kentucky, Johnny Clark of West Union, Ohio, Nancy Ison of Martinsville, Indiana, and Judie Ann Cornett of Linefork, Kentucky. She was also blessed with five grandchildren and three great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; Maudie Lee (Shell) Clark and Troy Clark and by her brother; Arnold Clark. Funeral services for Lucille (Clark) Vernon will be conducted Saturday April 14, 2018 at 10:00 Am in London Funeral Home Chapel with Jeff Mounce officiating. Burial will follow at Vernon Cemetery. The family of Lucille (Clark) Vernon will receive friends at London Funeral Home after 6:00 PM on Friday April 13, 2018. Pallbearers will be Blake Vernon, Matt Vernon, Brian Asher, Chris Asher, Brian Estep, Jessie Asher, and Sam Vernon.Read Obituary
