Stanley Robinson, age 79, husband of Lena (McDaniel) Robinson of East Bernstadt, Kentucky passed away Thursday at Saint Joseph London Hospital. He was the father of Tammy Jean Robinson, Ricky Carlo Robinson and wife Brenda all of East Bernstadt, Kentucky, the brother of Zelma Cornelius of Jackson County, Kentucky, Geneva Combs of East Bernstadt, Kentucky, and Boyd Robinson of Arizona. He is also survived by his grandson, Kyle Dewayne Robinson and wife Lacey of East Bernstadt, Kentucky. He was preceded in death by his parents, Kellon Robinson and Nannie (Mullins) Robinson, and by three siblings; Randill Robinson, Wilbert Robinson, and Gus Robinson. He was a retired School Bus Driver and Farmer.Funeral Services for Stanley Robinson will be conducted 2:00 PM Sunday in London Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Larry Robinson and Robbie Robinson officiating. Burial will follow at Walter McDaniel Cemetery – East Bernstadt, Kentucky. The family of Stanley Robinson will receive friends at London Funeral Home from 10:00 AM Sunday until the funeral hour. Sorry i missed this service. Stanley was a great man. I remember him driving the bus when we were little. He was always friendly and good to us kids. He would bring Tammy with him a lot of the times. Praying for the family.

I used to ride his bus 9701. He was my favorite bus driver. I am gonna miss him. He was a great person and friend. I cant believe that he is gone. R.I.P stanley robinson.
I will always remember Stanley riding down the road there in Riverhill with his daughter Tammy riding on the tractor with him. He always stopped there at our farm and talk to dad. I also remember getting to ride the school bus with my cousins Linda Faye and Eddie.... their uncle Stanley was driving it.......
