Billie Wayne Lewis age 75, husband of Phyllis Harrison Lewis of East Bernstadt, Kentucky passed away Saturday, July 16, 2016 at his residence. He was the father of Pastor Jeff Lewis and wife Renee of East Bernstadt, Kentucky, the grandfather of Dustin Lewis and wife Laura and Tyler Lewis and wife Nancy all of London, Kentucky, the brother of Edward Ray Lewis and Seldon Delane Lewis both of East Bernstadt, Kentucky, Tancy Ward of Tampa Florida and Nancy Swanner of London, Kentucky. He was preceded in death by his parents, Willie Lewis and Mae Gabbard Lewis. Funeral services for Billie Wayne Lewis will be conducted Tuesday, July 19, 2016 at 12:00 Noon in London Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Tyler Lewis, Dustin Lewis, Pastor Jeff Lewis, and Mike Hensley officiating. Burial will follow at Landrum Cemetery.
