Alice C. (Adams) Cornett “Granny”, age 94, of London, Kentucky passed away Thursday, May 18, 2022 at Jackson Manor Nursing Home. She was the mother of John Cornett and wife Lora and James Cornett and wife Pam all of East Bernstadt, Kentucky, Theodore Cornett of Corbin, Kentucky, Bill Cornett and wife Julie of Hyden, Kentucky, Charles Cornett and wife Francis of Somerset, Kentucky, Bobby Cornett and wife Sandy of Dayton, Ohio, Daisy Simpson and husband Mike of Tennessee. She was also blessed with 26 grandchildren, 56 great-grandchildren, and 25 great great-grandchildren. She was proceeded in death by her spouse, Willie Cornett; by her parents, Walter and Mary (Morgan) Adams. Memorial services for Alice C. (Adams) Cornett “Granny” will be conducted Friday, May 27, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. in London Funeral Home Chapel with Delmer Gross officiating. The family of Alice C. (Adams) Cornett “Granny” will receive friends at London Funeral Home from 12:00 noon until time of service on Friday, May 27, 2022.
