Anna Jean Doan age 80, of East Bernstadt, Kentucky, passed away Friday October 26, 2018 at Christian Care Communities in Corbin, Kentucky. She was the mother of Rhonda McWhorter and Jeff Doan both of East Bernstadt, Kentucky and Lori Fresca of Montana, the sister of Geneva Wilson and husband Ralph of Ohio. She was preceded in death by her husband Clyde Doan, by her parents, Bill and Maude Meadows Fields, by her siblings, Ola Fields, Edith Gilbert, Louise Helton, Irene Radford, Gladys Riggs, Herbert Fields,Will Fields, Grant Fields and Calvin Fields. Funeral services for Anna Jean Doan will be conducted Monday October 29, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. in London Funeral Home Chapel with Josh Durham officiating. Burial will follow at Andes Cemetery. The family of Anna Jean Doan will receive friends at London Funeral Home on Monday October 29, 2018 from 12: 00 Noon until service time. In lieu of flowers the family suggest memorial contributions be made to London Funeral home to help with funeral expense.

Anna Doan was a very wonderful mother grandmother and friend. I loved Anna berry much she loved her family unconditionally no matter what she stood behind them. I know that heaven has gained a beautiful angel and she will be greatly missed by family and friends love you Anna until we meet again

Anna jean was truly a great woman, friend, mother, Grandmother, she taught me so much...i loved getting up with her in the early morning hours drinking coffee, she would tell me stories of how she grew up and about her life..and i would sit hanging on her every word, awww how I have missed our mornings together...she taught me to be greatfull, and never take anything for granite...she will be missed by so many people...I can only hope to see her precious face in heaven one day...The Lord sure gained a beautiful ANGEL....I LOVE YOU ANNA JEAN

I loved Anna Jean. She was always good to me. I remember her pink prom dress that hung in a closet upstairs at my grandmother's house. I wanted to dress up in that dress, but was afraid my grandma would get me if she found out. Anna Jean was smart and very pretty especially when she was young.
