Avogene (Stanifer) Sizemore, age 94, of London, Kentucky passed away Sunday, December 8, 2019 at Hillcrest Health and Rehab in Corbin, Kentucky. She was the mother of Sandra Parman of London, Kentucky, and James Bentley Sizemore and wife Allene of Lily, Kentucky. She was preceded in death by her spouse, Bentley Sizemore; by her daughter Geraldine Sizemore; by her parents, Charles Edward Stanifer and Maude (Blair) Stanifer; by four sisters and five brothers; by a son-in-law Oscar Lee Parman; by a grandson, James Bentley Sizemore III and by a great grandson Ben Sizemore. . Funeral services for Avogene (Stanifer) Sizemore will be conducted Friday, December 13, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. in London Funeral Home Chapel with Johnny Schell and Terry Amburgey officiating. Burial will follow at Slate Hill Cemetery. The family of Avogene (Stanifer) Sizemore will receive friends at London Funeral Home from 10:00 a.m. until the service time on Friday, December 13, 2019.
