Billy D. Boone

Billy D. Boone, age 68, of London, Kentucky passed away Thursday, June 6, 2019 at Baptist Health Lexington, Kentucky. He was the father of Craig Boone and Hannah Boone both of London; the brother of Johnny Boone and wife Phyllis of London. He was also blessed with two grandchildren, Alexander Ellis of London, Kentucky, and Josh Boone of Richmond, Kentucky, and by several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by one son, Mark Anthony Boone; by his parents, George Boone and Lucy Vivian (Bruner) Boone; by his siblings, Danny Boone, Carl Boone, Waymon Boone, Bernice Harrison, Verlene Leon, and Irene Burke. Funeral services for Billy D. Boone will be conducted Tuesday, June 11, 2019 at 12:00 noon in London Funeral Home Chapel with Steve Wilkerson and Delmer Gross officiating. Burial will follow at Dunn Cemetery. The family of Billy D. Boone will receive friends at London Funeral Home after 6:00 p.m. on Monday, June 10, 2019. Serving as pallbearers are: Brian Boone, Jimmy Boone, Bobby Buttrey, Josh Boone, Chris Clemons, and Jacob Gregory.Read Obituary
