Billy Murray

Billy Murray, age 87, of London, Kentucky passed away Saturday, October 17, 2020 at his residence. He was the father of Brenda Hurley and husband Mike of London, Kentucky. He was also blessed with two grandchildren, Brooklyn Hooker and husband Adam, and Brittany Hopkins and husband Joseph all of London, Kentucky; and four great grandchildren, Jonathan Hooker, Lyla Hooker, Annalia Hopkins, and Eliza Kayte Hopkins. He was preceded in death by his wife, Juanita (Frederick) Murray; by his parents, Jack and Leah (Nicholson) Murray; and by his siblings, Maxie Hampton Garrison, Irene Deaton Robinson, Cecil Murray, and Lowell Murray. He was a member of Freedom United Baptist Church. Funeral services for Billy Murray will be conducted Tuesday, October 20, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. in London Funeral Home Chapel with Adam Hooker, Joseph Hopkins, and Denny McCowan officiating. Burial will follow at Manchester Memorial Gardens. The family of Billy Murray will receive friends at London Funeral Home from 11:30 a.m. until service time on Tuesday, October 20, 2020. Serving as pallbearers will be: Eddie Reams, Ashley Adkins, Phillip Bentley, Jeff Deaton, Frankie Fouts, and James Thomas.Read Obituary
