Carol (Stallcup) Mills

Carol Mills, age 74, of London, Kentucky passed away Monday, February 7, 2022 at Saint Joseph London Hospital. Ms. Mills was born on October 23, 1947 in Dallas, Texas. She was the daughter of Agnes Kilkus Stallcup and stepdaughter of Billy Stallcup, Sr., both who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Billy Stallcup, Jr. Survivors include her sister, Ida Stallcup, niece, Meghan Daugherty, and great-nephew, Jase Daugherty, all of London, Kentucky.She was a retired reporter for the Sentinel Echo, an avid gardener and animal lover. If there was a picture in the newspaper of a plant or animal, she was more than likely to be the photographer.Graveside services and entombment for Carol Mills will be conducted Friday, February 11, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at Cumberland Memorial Gardens.
