Charles L. Cissell

Charles L. Cissell, age 92, of London, Kentucky passed away Thursday, March 24, 2022 at Eastern Kentucky Veteran Center in Hazard, Kentucky. He was the father of Judi O’Bryan and husband Patrick of London, Kentucky, and Lesley Cissell of Cincinnati, Ohio. He was also blessed with three grandchildren, Jeannine Lambert and husband Daniel of Cincinnati, Ohio, Christian O'Bryan and wife Kari of Keavy, Kentucky, and Claire O'Bryan of London, Kentucky; and three great-grandchildren, Aria Lambert, Solomon Lambert, and Ronan O'Bryan. He was preceded in death by his spouse, Emma Lou (Love) Cissell; by his grandchild, Nadia Abukhater; by his parents, Marshall Thomas Cissell and Alga Naomi (Brown) Cissell; by his sister, Phyllis Monihon.Funeral services for Charles L. Cissell will be conducted Friday, April 1, 2022 at 3:00 p.m. in London Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Donald K. Johnson officiating and DAV Chapter 158 Keavy in charge of military honors. The family of Charles L. Cissell will receive friends at London Funeral Home from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service on Friday, April 1, 2022.Serving as pallbearers will be: Rusty Roe, Rusty Roberts, Chris Smith, Christian O'Bryan, Patrick O'Bryan, and Glenn Proffitt.Read Obituary
