Charles “Butch” Jarvis, age 76, husband of Eva (Root) Jarvis of London, Kentucky passed away Sunday, April 26, 2020 at Laurel Heights Home for the Elderly. He was the father of Greg Jarvis and wife Angie, and Jeff Jarvis and wife Jill all of London, Kentucky; the brother of Opal Faye Parkerson of Louisville, Kentucky. He was also blessed with three grandchildren, Kinley Jarvis, Katie Jarvis, and Colton Jarvis. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Nannie (Gibson) Jarvis; and by one sister, Brenda Kaye Surek. He was a member of Freedom United Baptist Church, a Veteran of the United States Army Reserve, and a retired building contractor. Private graveside services and Entombment for Charles “Butch” Jarvis will be conducted with Pastor Adam Hooker officiating. London Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements.

So sorry for your loss. Butch was a great person. He was the same anytime you met him. He did remodeling work for us several times. He believed in doing things the right way and he did. We bought tires from Jeff and Greg years ago when they were in the tire business. I’ve always thought a lot of butch and his sons. I know you all will miss him very much. God bless you all in this time!
