Charlotte Sue (Hoskins) Fields, age 65, wife of Lynn Fields of London, Kentucky passed away Monday, February 25, 2019 at Saint Joseph Hospital in Lexington, Kentucky. She was the mother of Ann Bailey and husband Neal of London, Kentucky; the sister of Marquita Lakes, Drema Jones, Lottie Creech, and Kim Lawson all of Hamilton, Ohio. She was also blessed with two grandchildren, Bascom Bailey and Iva Bailey both of London, Kentucky. She was preceded in death by her parents, Nelson and Virgie (Turner) Hoskins; by her siblings, Nelson Hoskins, Jr., and Teena Terry. She was a Member of Blackwater United Baptist Church and Member of the Eastern Star Golden Rule Chapter 111. Funeral services for Charlotte Sue (Hoskins) Fields will be conducted Friday, March 1, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. in London Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Marty Nolan and Terry Roberts officiating. Burial will follow at Smith Cemetery, Blackwater, Kentucky. The family of Charlotte Sue (Hoskins) Fields will receive friends at London Funeral Home after 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 28, 2019 Eastern Star Services will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. Thursday by Golden Rule Chapter 111, February 28, 2019.
