Clara Ilene Bowles

Clara Ilene Bowles age 84 of London, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday July 23, 2019 at Laurel Heights Home for the Elderly. She was the mother of Donna Susan Disney of Corbin, Kentucky and Tracie Elaine Tate of Nicholasville, Kentucky; the sister of Leon Chaney and Gary Chaney both of London, Kentucky; Barry Chaney of Arlington, Texas; and Roger Chaney of Panama City, Florida. She was preceded in death by her parents J. Earl and Zelma Bea (Carroll) Chaney; and her husband Marvin Eugene Bowles. Funeral services for Clara Ilene Bowles will be conducted Saturday July 27, 2019 at 3:00 p.m. in London Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Benny Bush officiating. Burial will follow at Old Union Cemetery. The family of Clara Ilene Bowles will receive friends at London Funeral Home from 12 noon until the service hour on Saturday. Pallbearers are Travis Disney, Jason Disney, Ryan McFarland, Greg Morrison, Joshua Fuson, and Bobby Bowles.Read Obituary
