Detria Ann McDaniel age 70, of Annville, Kentucky, passed away Friday January 11, 2019 In Jackson County due to Automobile Accident. She was the Mother of Mark McDaniel and wife Melissa of Sand Gap, Kentucky, Paul McDaniel and wife Beverly of Berea, Kentucky, the sister of Ron Madden and wife Kathy of Gray Hawk, Kentucky, the Grandmother of Brittany McDaniel of Tyner, Kentucky, Holly McDaniel of Berea, Kentucky and Edison Witt Of Berea, Kentucky.She was preceded in death by her spouse Marvin Clarence McDaniel, by her son, Bobby Gene Gray, by her parents Roy E. Madden and Madolyn Faye Pennington Madden. Funeral services for Detria Ann McDaniel will be conducted Wednesday January 16,2019 at 2:00 p.m. in London Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Carroll DeForest and Landon McDaniel officiating. Burial will follow at Sandlin Cemetery at Gray Hawk, Kentucky. The family of Detria Ann McDaniel will receive friends at London Funeral Home after 12:00 Noon on Wednesday January 16, 2019. Detra you was always a family friend since I was born. You actually was our family I will always keep you in my heart and mind. From the Sunday dinners you would always cook, to the funny storm story’s because god knows you hated thunderstorms, even to the funny things my grandpa would say you would laugh and smile. Your smile will forever hold a spot in all of our hearts. My prayers are with the family and friends. Blessings and prayers go out to the family of Detria McDaniel. I got to know Detria through her step children and step grandchildren. She and Clarence were always nice to me. Even though Mark and Paul were Detrias step sons, Im sure Detria loved them as if they were her own. Lord be with this family as they lay Detria to rest in your welcoming arms up in Heaven.
