Dorothy Rooney

Dorothy Rooney, age 81, of Butler, Ohio formerly of East Bernstadt, Kentucky passed away Wednesday, December 18, 2019 at Butler County Care Center in Hamilton, Ohio. She was the grandmother of James Davidson & wife Beverly of East Bernstadt, Kentucky.She is also survived by two great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Eddie Rooney; by one daughter, Joyce Anderson, by her parents, Willie Brackett and Cindy (Rowe) Brackett; by her siblings, Ruth Hibbard, Lena Robinson, Rose Blevins, Roland Brackett, Marie Medley, and Mattie Johnson. Funeral services for Dorothy Rooney will be conducted Friday, December 20, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. in London Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Sammy Trosper officiating. Burial will follow at C D Ward Cemetery. The family of Dorothy Rooney will receive friends at London Funeral Home from 12 noon on Friday, December 20, 2019 until the time of service at 1:00 p.m. Serving as pallbearers are: Tyler Evans, Snowden Baker, Nick Day, and Owen Davidson.Read Obituary
