Eddie Whitaker, age 65, husband of Glenda (Gilbert) Whitaker of London, Kentucky passed away Monday, March 15, 2021 at his residence. He was the father of Rachel Pavone and husband Mike of London, Kentucky; the grandfather of Emilee Pavone of London, Kentucky; the brother of Charles Whitaker and wife Mary, Gary Whitaker and wife Wanda, Ronald Whitaker and wife Beulah, and Caleen House and husband Manuel all of London, Kentucky; the brother-in-law of Mary Sue Whitaker of London, Kentucky. He was preceded in death by his parents, D.Y. and Ona (Young) Whitaker; and by his siblings, Craig Whitaker and Evelyn Whitaker. Funeral services for Eddie Whitaker will be conducted Wednesday at 3:00 p.m. in London Funeral Home Chapel with David Mounce, Jeff Mounce, and Claude Gilbert officiating. Burial will follow at Warrens Grove Cemetery. The family of Eddie Whitaker will receive friends at London Funeral Home from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service on Wednesday. Serving as pallbearers will be: Mike Pavone, Michael Whitaker, Kaleb Gibbons, Logan Whitaker, Landon Whitaker, and James Watkins.
