Elizabeth Howard

Elizabeth Howard, age 82, of Suisun, California passed away Thursday, September 3, 2020 in Vacaville, California. She was the mother of Ira Wayne Howard and wife Lisa of Suisun, California and Rick Howard and wife Kim of Fairfield, California; the sister of Dave Powell and wife Linda of Tyler, Texas, and Jim Powell and wife Connie of Tulsa, Oklahoma; the grandmother of Jessica Ball and husband Jay of Mebane, North Carolina, Jennifer Howard of Gibsonville, North Carolina, Melissa Johns and husband David of Olathe, Kansas, Jami Hill and husband Kenny of Elon, North Carolina, and Ricky Howard of Fairfield, California. She was also blessed with eleven great grandkids. She was preceded in death by her spouse, Fred Howard; and by her parents, Ira Powell and Leona (Thomas) Powell. She was a member of Grace Baptist Church. Memorial services for Elizabeth Howard will be conducted Saturday, October 17, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at McDaniel Cemetery in London, Kentucky with Tommy Vannatter officiating.
