Floyd Vickers

Floyd Vickers, Age 69, husband of the late Catherine Nicholson Vickers of London, Kentucky Passed away Wednesday at his Residence. He was the father of Floyd “Les” Jr. and wife Glenda, and Jeremy Wade and wife Cindy. The brother of Evelyn Wardrup, Connie Mclamore, and James Vickers, Mary Belcher, Addie Vickers, and Gary Vickers. He was blessed with three grandchildren, Landon Vickers, Lee Vickers and wife Tiffney, and Tia Antle and husband Isacc; three great-grandchildren, Abigail Vickers and Flora Vickers; and Annalei Antle. Besides his spouse Floyd was proceeded in death by his parents Oscar Vickers and Mammie Marie McDaniel, two brothers JC Vickers and Bill Vickers and one sister Dora Smith. Floyd proudly served in United States armed forces in the national Guard. Funeral services for Floyd Vickers will be conducted Tuesday at 1:00 p.m. in London Funeral Home Chapel with Jeff Mounce Officiating. burial will follow at Nicholson Cemetery.
