Genevieve Evans

Genevieve Evans, age 78, of London, Kentucky passed away Tuesday, January 19, 2021 at Laurel Heights Home for the Elderly. She was the mother of Douglas Lee Evans of Georgetown, Kentucky, David Elwood Evans of London, Kentucky, and Lori Jean Evans of Lexington, Kentucky; the sister of Bobbie Jean Penrod of Indiana. She was also blessed with nine grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry Roark and Clemmie (Walden) Reed; by her siblings, James Joseph Roark, Effie Felts, Sylvia Juanita Copeland, and Billy O'Dell Roark. Graveside services and burial for Genevieve Evans will be conducted Saturday, January 23, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. at Locust Grove Cemetery with Kevin Roach officiating. There will be no visitation. London Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements.
