Izetta M. Scott

Izetta M. Scott, age 94, of London, Kentucky passed away Saturday, September 15, 2018 at her residence. She was the mother of Jeanette Brown and husband Hershel of Columbia, Kentucky, Wilma Stephens and husband Jimmy of Campbellsville, Kentucky, Patricia Dial of Pineville, Kentucky, Hansel Scott and wife Judy, Harold Scott and wife Sharon, and Clifton Scott and wife Lou all of Liberty, Kentucky, Linda Hansel and husband Floyd, Danny Scott and wife Kandy, and Randy Scott and wife Michelle all of London, Kentucky, and, Sheila Parrett and husband Michael of Annville, Kentucky; the sister of Donald King and wife Ollie of Crab Orchard, Kentucky, Curtis King of Stanford, Kentucky, and Cecil King and wife Judy of Broadhead, Kentucky. She was also blessed with twenty-three grandchildren, fifty great grandchildren, and twenty-one great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Samuel Chester Scott; by one daughter, Geneva Mae Scott; by her parents, Leslie Maynard King and Maudie (Doyle) King; by two sisters, and three brothers. Funeral services for Izetta M. Scott will be conducted Wednesday, September 19, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at Brush Creek Pentecostal Church in Liberty, Kentucky with Danny Scott and Michael Parrett officiating. Burial will follow at Whited Cemetery in Liberty, Kentucky. The family of Izetta M. Scott will receive friends at Victory Lighthouse Church, London, Kentucky from 5:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 18, 2018, and from 10:00 a.m. until the service hour at Brush Creek Pentecostal Church on Wednesday, September 19, 2018. Pallbearers will be: Jerry Brown, Jeff Brown, Gary Sneed, David Dial, Phillip Scott, Daniel Scott, and Jordan Scott. London Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements.Read Obituary
