James Wesley Schell

James Wesley Schell, age 72, of London, Kentucky passed away Tuesday, February 16, 2021 at Lee County Care and Rehabilitation in Beattyville, Kentucky. He was the father of Brian Bruner of London, Kentucky; the brother of Barbara Pyles of London, Kentucky, Jimmy Schell of Stamping Ground, Kentucky, and Michael Schell of Corbin, Kentucky. He was also blessed with one granddaughter, Makenzie Bruner. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Lori Ann Sergent; by his parents, Edwin P. Morrow Schell and Nettie Carrie Schell; by his siblings, Roy Schell, Kenneth Schell, Thomas Schell, Delford Schell, Darlene Dishman, Geneva Robinson, Laura Lee Carr, Clara Marie Kurowski, and Shirley Schell.Graveside services and burial for James Wesley Schell will be conducted Thursday, February 18, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. at Owsley Cemetery with Jowayne Schell officiating. The family of James Wesley Schell will receive friends at London Funeral Home from 12:00 noon until 12:30 p.m. on Thursday.Serving as pallbearers will be: Jowayne Schell, Ronnie Pyles, Jake Robinson, Branstin Schell, and Matthew Spurlock, and Junior Dishman.All families respectfully request that all visitors wear a face covering and adhere to social distancing recommendations.Read Obituary
