She was the mother of Steven Ray Couch of London, Kentucky. She was the daughter of Gladys Howard Lewis of London, Kentucky. She was the sister of Betty Jones, Theo Lewis, Ulysses Lewis, and Raymond Lewis Jr. all of London, Kentucky. She was the grandmother of Blake Couch, Braxton Couch, Braliee Couch, Brently Murray, Brain Satterfield, Mike Satterfield, Brandi Minster. She was the great grandmother of Maci Couch, Hayden Couch, Mason Couch, Alli Satterfield, Kaylee Satterfield, and Bryce Satterfield. She was the mother-in-law of Karen Couch. She was preceded in death by her son, Robert Lee Couch; by her father, Raymond Lewis; by her siblings, Edward Lewis, Lawrence Lewis, and James Lee Lewis Funeral services for Katie Virginia (Lewis) Couch will be conducted Sunday November 25, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. in London Funeral Home Chapel with Johnathan Brandon Gregory and Johnny Day officiating. Burial will follow at Lickliter Cemetery in London, Kentucky. The family of Katie Virginia (Lewis) Couch will receive friends at London Funeral Home after 12:00 noon on Sunday November 25, 2018. Pallbearers will be Calvin Lewis, Robert (Bob) Lewis, Blake Couch, Bert Murray, John Anthony, Brian Smiroldo, Doug Lewis, and Russell Smith.
