Larry Dan Proffitt, age 69, Pastor of Faith Baptist Church, husband of Ada Lee (Feltner) Proffitt of London, Kentucky passed away Saturday, November 27, 2021 at Heritage Nursing Home in Corbin, KY. He was the brother of Bobby Proffitt and wife Pauline, Betty Sizemore, Linda Amburgey and husband Terry all of London, Kentucky, and Darlene Earley and husband Johnnie of Lily, Kentucky. He was preceded in death by his parents, Dan and Imogene (Lewis) Proffitt; by his brother, Willard Proffitt; by his sister-in-law, Brenda Proffitt; and by his brother-in-laws, Paul Sizemore and Denny Wyatt.Funeral services for Larry Dan Proffitt will be conducted Tuesday, November 30, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. in London Funeral Home Chapel with Terry Amburgey, Dwayne Arthur, and Ralph Hacker officiating. Burial will follow in the Sunset View Cemetery. The family of Larry Dan Proffitt will receive friends at London Funeral Home from 11:30 a.m. until service time.Serving as pallbearers will be: Jonathan Earley, Doyle Profitt, Tim Sizemore, Kyle Wells, Stephen Wells, and Travis Wells.
