Lena Grace Coffey

Lena Grace (Wardrup) Coffey, age 82, wife of Lawrence Coffey of East Bernstadt, Kentucky passed away Sunday July 1, 2018 at Baptist Health Lexington. She was the mother of Deborah Britton and Mary Hale both of London, Kentucky, Wanda Sue McNabb of Murray, Kentucky, Frank Black of Keavy, Kentucky, and William Black of East Bernstadt, Kentucky; the sister of Frank Wardrup of London, Kentucky, Brenda Kay of Stanton, Kentucky, and Shirley of Winchester, Kentucky; the grandmother of Regina, Rena, Larry, Travis, Melinda, Rebecca, Gary, and Keri. She was also blessed with twenty-four great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ollie Wardrup and Mary Ann (McFarland) Gaines; by her son, Eugene Black; and by her siblings, Linda May Van Cleave, Freda Bowling, Rosie Humfleet, Leoda Delph, Avery Wardrup, Raleigh Gaines, James Gaines, Dorothy Bryant, and Teresa Byrd. Funeral services for Lena Grace (Wardrup) Coffey will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Wednesday July 4, 2018 in London Funeral Home Chapel with Eugene Gentry officiating. Burial will follow at Mt.
