She was the mother of Debbie Ramsey and husband Kenny and Barbara Caldwell all of London, Kentucky, Earnest Ray Caldwell and wife Barbara of Barbourville, Kentucky, Dedra Owens and husband Merill of Corbin, Kentucky, Joshua Caldwell and wife Valerie of Nicholasville, Kentucky; the sister of Ruth McDaniel of Cherry Hill, New Jersey, Welk Mullins, Ed Mullins, Ardith Mullins, Doris Witt, Carl Mullins, Lee Mullins, Steve Mullins, Teresa Napier, and Mary Whitaker all of London, Kentucky. She was also blessed with eight grandchildren, Leah Marcum and husband Chris, Neicei Garland and husband Wayne, Katrina Caldwell, Tyler Ramsey and wife Megan, Isabell Caldwell, Kenzie Caldwell, Elias Caldwell, and Neal Depew; and ten great-grandchildren, Bethany Marcum, Lauren Marcum, Callie Marcum, Tate Marcum, Jett Garland, Conner Garland, Dawson Garland, Delila Cotterell, Kaydence Ramsey, and Kason Ramsey. She was preceded in death by her husband, Earnest Caldwell; by her parents, Melvin and Madelin (Mardis) Mullins; by her brother, Dale Mullins. Funeral services for Lida (Mullins) Caldwell will be conducted Sunday, February 14, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. in London Funeral Home Chapel with Bobby Mullins, Chris Marcum, and Jeff Lewis officiating. Burial will follow at Whitt Cemetery. The family of Lida (Mullins) Caldwell will receive friends at London Funeral Home from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service on Sunday. Serving as pallbearers will be: Tyler Ramsey, Dewayne Garland, Kenny Ramsey, Jake McWhorter, Conner Garland, and Dawson Garland. Serving as honorary pallbearers will be: Neal Depew, Tate Marcum, Elias Marcum, Kason Ramsey, and Jett Garland.All families respectfully request that all visitors wear a face covering and adhere to social distancing recommendations.Read Obituary
