Lois C. Penley

Lois C. Turner Penley age 81 of London, Kentucky, passed away Saturday March 14, 2020 at her residence. She was the mother of Mark Penley, Paula Massingale and husband Joe, and Tony Penley all of London, Kentucky; the sister of Kenneth "Doc" Turner and wife Phyllis of Rogersville, Tennessee, Iva Burkhart and husband Nick of Big Rock, Tennessee; the sister-in-law of David Smith of Cincinnati, Ohio, Ethelene Turner of Rogersville, Tennessee and Bob and Linda Cornett of Evarts, Kentucky; and by her grandchildren, Jessica Davis and husband Denvil and Brad Penley all of London, Kentucky and Jordan Penley and wife Alexandrea of Littleton, North Carolina; by her great-grandchildren, Annie and Emma Davis. She was preceded in death by her spouse, Eddy Penley; by her parents, Walter "Jack" Turner and Evelyn Minton Turner; by her siblings, Charles Turner and Enna Smith. Funeral services for Lois C. Turner Penley will be conducted Tuesday, March 17, 2020 at 8:00 p.m. in London Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Geral Wells and Denvil Davis officiating. Graveside service and burial will follow at Campground Cemetery on Wednesday, March 18, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. The family of Lois C.
