Lorene (Brown) Blanton

Lorene (Brown) Blanton, age 90, of London, Kentucky passed away Monday, December 28, 2020 at Saint Joseph London Hospital in London, Kentucky. She was the mother of Barbara Blanton of London Kentucky, and Terry Blanton of Eureka, Montana; and the sister of Benny Brown and wife Peggy and Brenda Root and husband Carl both of London, Kentucky, and Joea Enuch and husband Neill of Sandusky, Ohio. She was also blessed with three grandchildren, Tracie Blanton Rice and Jennifer Haines and husband Randy both of Elk Rapids, Michigan, and Jonathan Corey Blanton of Lexington, Kentucky, five great-grandchildren, and one great great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her spouse, Damon Blanton; by her parents, Bryan and Lula (Tuttle) Brown; and by her siblings, Ruby Hale, Myrtle Beatty, Estel Brown, Margie Estridge, Betty Jean Shoupe, and Juanita Chadwell. Funeral services for Lorene (Brown) Blanton will be conducted Wednesday, December 30,2020 at 1:00 p.m. in London Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Adam Hooker officiating. Burial will follow at Campground Cemetery. The family of Lorene (Brown) Blanton will receive friends at London Funeral Home from 12:00 noon until the time of service on Wednesday, December 30, 2020.
