Louise Konitzer Walden

Louise Konitzer Walden, age 100, of London, Kentucky passed away Wednesday, May 02, 2018 at Laurel Heights Home for the Elderly. She was the mother of Lonnie Walden of Williamsburg, Kentucky, Glae Walden of London, Kentucky and Lynn Walden of Cincinnati, Ohio; the sister of Eddie Konitzer and Irene Wilkerson both of London, Kentucky. She is also survived by her grandchildren; Steve Walden of Venice, Florida, Lonnie (Skip) Walden of Corbin, Kentucky, Libby Walden and Jennifer Walden Fain both of Louisville, Kentucky, and Lori Walden of London, Kentucky, and by her great-grandchildren; Blake Walden of Little Rock, Arkansas, Blair Walden of Lexington, Kentucky, Mackenzie Walden, and Baleigh Walden both of Corbin, Kentucky, Lakin Fain and Aspen Fain both of Louisville, Kentucky. She was preceded in death by her husband, Nelson Walden, by her parents, Jacob Konitzer and Henrietta (Schott) Konitzer, by one grandchild, Rebecca Rae Walden; by her siblings, Henrietta Schaney, Mary Seeley Egger, and Richard Konitzer. Funeral services for Louise Konitzer Walden will be conducted Saturday at 2:00 p.m. in London Funeral Home Chapel with Joel Holcomb officiating. Burial will follow at Cumberland Memorial Gardens. The family of Louise Konitzer Walden will receive friends at London Funeral Home from 12:00 noon until the service hour on Saturday. Serving as pallbearers; Randy Schott, Lonnie Skip Walden, Nick Fain, David Chaney, William Vaughn.
