Maxine Lee Gray

Maxine Lee Gray, age 85, of London, Kentucky passed away Wednesday, April 14, 2021 at her residence. She was the mother of Joe McQueen and wife Ida and Douglas Owens and wife Diane all of London, Kentucky; the step-mother of Lonnie Gray and wife Pam, Patricia Ashcraft and husband Keith, and Bonnie Kania and husband Dan all of Florence, Kentucky. She was also blessed with eight grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren, and four great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Big John McQueen; by her second husband, Dillard Gray; by her daughter, Mary Linda Begley, by her parents, Ed and Zella (Tincher) Owens; by her siblings, Geneva Blevins, Mary Fields, and Johnny Owens.Funeral services for Maxine Lee Gray will be conducted Friday, April 16, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. in London Funeral Home Chapel with Sammie Trosper officiating. Burial will follow at Wathan Cemetery in East Bernstadt, Kentucky. The family of Maxine Lee Gray will receive friends at London Funeral Home from 12:00 noon until the time of service on Friday.
