Othar "Jay" Jepp Hess

Othar "Jay" Jepp Hess, age 58, husband of Barbara (Walters) Hess of East Bernstadt, Kentucky passed away Tuesday November 27, 2018 at his residence. He was the father of Viola Christine Fletcher of Deer Park, Texas, Natasha Bowling and Robert Bustle II both of East Bernstadt, Kentucky; the son of Anna Christine (Taylor) Hess of Lily, Kentucky; the brother of Judy Moore of Lexington, Kentucky, Rick Hess, Belinda Ledington, Anna Johns, Jimmy Hess, Billy Hess, and Bonnie Hess all of Lily, Kentucky, Vicky Blanton of Knoxville, Tennessee, Bobbie Sue Hess of Corbin, Kentucky, Irvin Root of Missouri, and Danny Hess of Texas. He was also blessed with fourteen grandchildren and two great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert D. Hess. Funeral services for Othar "Jay" Jepp Hess will be conducted Saturday December 1, 2018 at 12:00 Noon in London Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Larry Paul Roark officiating. Burial will follow at Cumberland Memorial Gardens in Lily, Kentucky. The family of Othar "Jay" Jepp Hess will receive friends at London Funeral Home after 6:00 PM on Friday November 30, 2018. Pallbearers will be Robert Bustle, Walter Bowling Jr., Dustin Hess, Kenneth Hess, Jimmy Hess, and Rick Hess. Honorary Pallbearers will be Chad Bustle, Riley Minton, John Johns, Bryant Johns, Chuck Ledington, and Andrew Burkhart.Read Obituary
