Phyllis Collins

Phyllis Collins, age 78, of London, Kentucky passed away Thursday, February 17, 2022 at her residence. She was the mother of Glenda Johnson and Mike Collins both of London, Kentucky; the sister of Addie Courtney of Clarksville, Indiana and Bill Collins of Marysville, Indiana. She is also survived by her nephew who was like a brother, Curtis “Butch” Collins of Hibernia, Indiana. She was also blessed with three grandchildren, Brandon Collins, Ryan Collins, and Nathan Johnson; and two great-grandchildren, Kyleah Collins and Ryder Collins. She was preceded in death by her spouse, Vadis Collins; by her parents, Dillard and Rhoda (Couch) Collins; by her siblings, Ada Dun, Mack Collins, Dinple Collins, Arson Collins, Johnny Collins, Nancy Barber, Ernie Collins, Dennis Collins, Glenn Collins, and Caleb Collins.Funeral services for Phyllis Collins will be conducted Monday, February 21, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. in London Funeral Home Chapel with Jerry Holland and Jerry McKinley Holland officiating. Burial will follow at Henry Collins Cemetery in Leslie County, Kentucky. The family of Phyllis Collins will receive friends at London Funeral Home from 12:00 noon until the time of service on Monday, February 21, 2022.
