Ruby Pawula

Ruby F. (Adams) Pawula, age 70, of Corbin, Kentucky, passed away Friday June 17, 2022 at Baptist Health Corbin. She was born February 29, 1952 in London, Kentucky, daughter of the late Jim I. Adams and Fanny (Tipton) Adams. She was the wife of Mike Pawula for almost 40 years and always considered themselves a team; she was the mother of James D. Adams, MD., and wife Christany; and step-mother of Laura Gillespie, and Margaret Whitmore. She was the sister to Alberta Adams, Edith Adams Fields, and Bobbie Adams Jones and husband Richard Jones; the aunt of Dewayne Fields and wife Stephine, Doug Jones and wife Meghan. She was blessed with six grandchildren; Brody, Hannah, Dawson, Tom, Meghan and Brenden, along with three step grandchildren; Nathan, Benjamin and Abigale.Funeral Services will be at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, June 26, 2022 at London Funeral Home with Brother Jeff Jackson officiating. Burial will be at Blair Cemetery in London, Kentucky. Visitation will be from 12:00 p.m. until the time of service of Sunday.Serving as pallbearers will be family and friends.In lieu of flowers family suggests donations be made to; Corbin Lions Club, P.O.
