Sallie Gladys Ledford

Sallie Gladys Ledford, age 102, of London, Kentucky passed away Thursday, September 19, 2019 at her residence. She was the mother of David Harold Ledford, Paul Ledford and wife Vickie all of London, Kentucky, Muriel Black and husband Owen of Danville, Illinois and Joan Ledford of Florence, Kentucky; the sister of Cecil Sizemore of Hamilton, Ohio, Butler Sizemore of London, Kentucky and Elva Jean Boyd of Danville, Indiana. She is also survived by six grandchildren, Jonathan Ledford, Randy Black, Gina Kopp, Jane O'Shea, Karla Caratola, and Brent Ledford, and nine great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Astor Ledford and by her parents, Blevins Sizemore and Carta (Howard) Sizemore, her brother John Sizemore, her sisters June Wells and Joan Wells Worley. Funeral services for Sallie Gladys Ledford will be conducted Monday at 1:00 p.m. in London Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. David Smith and Danny England officiating. Burial will follow at Mosley Cemetery in Red Bird, Kentucky. The family of Sallie Gladys Ledford will receive friends at London Funeral Home on Sunday at 6:00 p.m.Read Obituary
