To the family you have my prayers and I am so sorry for your loss.
To Shawn family its always hard to say goodbye for anyone that we love and know, but it seems harder when they are young and pass away. we are left with memories and the good times . we know God knows when a sparrow falls ,. for God's reason alone he calls Shawn home, May his family and neighbors who knew him and his family find rest from the grief we all now share for Shawn. as for me I share that grief, and understand how hurt everyone is .
Shawn was a delight to know! He did construction here in our office at Borden when he worked for Vince. That is how I got to know him. He was always so pleasant and had a smile on his face. He never acted down at all ever. He was so excited to get a job here and I was excited for him. He was a great employee and friend!
When I was told that he had passed, I was so sad and shed tears. I still am for his loss as a friend, but I celebrate his life after death too. He will not be suffering with diabetes anymore and he will be whole again.
Shawn, you were a joy to know and I thank you for being my friend.
