Shirley Johnson

Shirley Johnson, age 83, of London, Kentucky passed away Thursday, July 2, 2020 at U.K. Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky. She was the mother of Jacklyn Johnson, Clyde Robert Johnson, Lee Johnson, Cecil Johnson, and Rick Johnson all of London, Kentucky. She was also blessed with nine grandchildren and six great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her spouse, Clyde Cecil Johnson; by her parents, Hamm Shackleford and Beatrice Barnett; and by her siblings, Bob Shackleford and Silis Shackleford. Funeral services for Shirley Johnson will be conducted Tuesday, July 7, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. in London Funeral Home Chapel with Denny McCowan officiating. Burial will follow at New Salem Cemetery. The family of Shirley Johnson will receive friends at London Funeral Home from 11:00 a.m. until the service time on Tuesday, July 7, 2020. Serving as pallbearers will be: Cecil Johnson, Tristan Johnson, Jamie Johnson, Josh Johnson, Buck Johnson, Terry Clemmons, Billy Livers, and Eugene Oakley.Read Obituary
