Shirley Joyce Payne

Shirley Joyce Payne, age 80, wife of James Payne of London, Kentucky passed away Thursday May 2, 2019 at St. Joseph London Hospital. She was the mother of Tammy Rueter and husband Warren of London, Kentucky; the sister of L.B. Tuttle and wife Shirley of Portage, Indiana and Wendel Tuttle and wife Cassie of Zephyrhills, Florida. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Add Tuttle and Annie (Owens) Tuttle; by her siblings, Wincey Tuttle, Joyce Tuttle, and Denny Tuttle. She was a member of Weaver Missionary Baptist Church and blessed to be a part of the Women Of Weaver. Funeral services for Shirley Joyce Payne will be conducted Tuesday May 7, 2019 at 1:00 PM in London Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Ronnie Owens and Bro. Randy Philpot officiating. Burial will follow at Weaver Cemetery. The family of Shirley Joyce Payne will receive friends at London Funeral Home on Monday May 6, 2019 after 6:00 PM.
