Thomas Wayne Smith

Thomas Wayne Smith, age 56, husband of Joann (Grubb) Smith of Girdler, Kentucky passed away Sunday, January 17, 2021 at Hazard ARH in Hazard, Kentucky. He was the father of Brian Taylor Smith of Wapakoneta, Ohio, Nathan Thomas Smith of Richmond, Indiana, and Seth Aaron Smith of Girdler, Kentucky; the son of Clarence Smith and Imogene (Step) Powell both of Richmond, Indiana the brother of Hubert Rose of Corbin, Kentucky, Dennis Smith and Marsha Vosmeier both of Richmond, Indiana, and Angela Clevenger of Union City, Indiana. He was also blessed with two grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his sister, Vickie Spivey. Funeral services for Thomas Wayne Smith will be conducted Thursday, January 21, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. in London Funeral Home Chapel with Randy Steele officiating. Burial will follow at Cumberland Memorial Gardens. The family of Thomas Wayne Smith with receive friends at London Funeral Home from 12:00 noon until the time of service on Thursday, January 21, 2021.
