Velma Lee Coffey

Velma Lee (Price) Coffey, age 88, of London, Kentucky passed away at Bluegrass Hospice Care Center in Lexington, Kentucky on Thursday September 13, 2018. She was the mother of Dinah Sue Curry and husband Bill, Danna Lynn Ball, and James David Coffey and wife Barbara all of London, Kentucky; the grandmother of Brian Chesnut and wife Tracy, Stuart Coffey and wife Tammy, Leah Shepherd and husband Carlo, and Tamra Greer and husband Terrence; the great grandmother of Mackenzie Adams and husband Cody, Griffen Chesnut, Hutton Shepherd, Karson Chesnut, Gracelyn Chesnut, Michael Coffey, Liza Shepherd, Chloe Greer, Adalynn Greer, and Ian Greer; the great great grandmother of Weston Cade Adams. She was preceded in death by her husband, David "Riley" Coffey; by her parents, Sarah (Wagoner) Price and John Price; and by her sisters, Thelma Baker and Eileen Baker. Funeral services for Velma Lee (Price) Coffey will be conducted Monday September 17, 2018 at 2:00 PM in London Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Merrimac Cemetery. The family of Velma Lee (Price) Coffey will receive friends at London Funeral Home from 12:00 Noon until the service hour on Monday September 17, 2018.
