Velvia Jackson

Velvia Jackson, age 78, of London, Kentucky passed away Wednesday September 4, 2019 at Saint Joseph London. She was the mother of Judy Allen and husband Charles, Janet Wright and husband Jeff, and Randal Jackson and wife Brenda all of London, Kentucky and Joyce Burns and husband Ricky of Lily, Kentucky; the sister of Cledith Davis, James Henson, and Martha Hicks all of Manchester, Kentucky. She is also survived by her grandchildren Dylan Johnson and wife Terae, Tonya Brock and husband Brandon, David Allen and wife Cindy, Tyler Burns and wife Brittney, Daniel Foster, Travis Jackson and wife Tasha, Billy Allen and wife Denise, Kellie Wagers and husband Justin, Trevor Jackson and wife Amanda, and Austin Allen. She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Ed Jackson, her son Gary Jackson, her parents Bill Henson and Gethal (Henson) Henson, and her brother Ernest Henson. Funeral Services for Velvia Jackson will be conducted Saturday September 7, 2019 at 3:00 p.m. in London Funeral Home Chapel with David Allen and Danny Scott officiating. Burial will follow at Jackson Cemetery. The family of Velvia Jackson will receive friends at London Funeral Home on Saturday September from 1:00 p.m. until the service time. Pallbearers are Dylan Johnson, Billy Allen, Austin Allen, Tyler Burns, Daniel Foster, Travis Jackson, and Trevor Jackson, Nathaniel Allen, and Ephraim Allen.Read Obituary
