Wanda Ruth (Bullard) Gilbert, age 70, of London, Kentucky passed away Friday June 21, 2019 at St. Joseph London Hospital. She was the sister of Larry Bullard of Birmingham, Alabama. She was preceded in death by her parents James and Ruth *(Sowers) Bullard; her husband Kenneth Gilbert; and her brothers Jimmy Bullard and Gay Bullard. Grave side services and burial for Wanda Ruth (Bullard) Gilbert will be conducted Saturday June 21, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at Gilbert Cemetery London.
