Wayman Kenton Reynolds

Wayman Kenton Reynolds, age 82 passed away on Tuesday, July 12, 2022.He leaves behind a son, Michael E. Reynolds (Sue), a grand-son, Joshua Reynolds (Kristen) and a great-grandson, Waylon Reynolds all of London, KY; four siblings, Kevin Reynolds (Karen), Lillian (James) Reed, Brenda (Ronnie) Blanton, Sandra (Denny) McCowan; as well as numerous nieces and nephews who loved him dearly.Kenton was preceded in death by his wife Betty Ruth Sweet Reynolds; a son Charles Wayne "Chuck" Reynolds; his parents Charles Hughes Reynolds and Ora Mae Arthur Reynolds and four siblings Doyle W. Reynolds and Oscar L Reynolds, Vivian Renner and Melba Wolfe.Kenton was a veteran of the United States Army, and a member of Swiss Colony Baptist Church. He retired from Laurel Grocery where he worked for many years.Kenton was a loving and devoted son, brother, husband, father and grandfather.His siblings would like to thank his care-takers Barbara Renner, Tonja Lewis, Kathy Allen, and Sheila for their tender care during his last months at home.Serving as pallbearers will be: Chris Hedrick, Dale Wilson, Chase Hail, Austin King, Jason McCowan and Jim Renner.In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to either the London-Laurel Optimist Picking for the Kids or to the Arthur Lot Cemetery Fund. Donations for the London-Laurel Optimist Picking for kids can be given to any L&N Federal Credit Union location.
