Wayne Hess

Wayne Hess, age 70, husband of Delia (Williams) Hess of London, Kentucky passed away Thursday, January 18, 2018 at Baptist Health Corbin. He was the father of Conitha Estilene McKnight and husband Joe, Anthony Wayne Hess and fiancé Denise Hearn, and Eddie Wayne Hess all of London, Kentucky; the brother of Virginia Tennessee Wyan and Brenda Sue Hess both of London, Kentucky. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents Walter Jepp Hess and Edna Mae (Smith) Hess, and by several brothers and sisters. He was a retired truck driver and a member of Church of God in Jesus Name. Funeral services for Wayne Hess will be conducted Sunday, January 21, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. in London Funeral Home Chapel with Charlie Williams, Larry Paul Roark, Phil Lowry, and Johnny Flannery officiating. Burial will follow at Lickliter Cemetery. The family of Wayne Hess will receive friends at London Funeral Home after 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 20, 2018.
