William Joseph Asher

William Joseph Asher, age 73, husband of Myrtle (Logan) Asher of London, Kentucky passed away Saturday, September 1, 2018 at his residence. He was the father of Joe Asher and wife Marilyn of Florida, and Daniel Asher and wife Rachel of Maryland; the stepfather of Kathy Caudill of Manchester, Kentucky; the brother of Pauline Moore of Indianapolis, Indiana, Alma Allen and Roscoe Asher both of London, Kentucky. He was also blessed with six grandchildren and two great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Berthie (Napier) Asher and William Asher and by his siblings, James Asher, Robert Asher, Elma Asher, and Oma Asher. He was a member of the American Legion and a lifetime member of the DAV. Funeral services for William Joseph Asher will be conducted Wednesday, September 5, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. in London Funeral Home Chapel with Kevin Couch and Gerald Baker officiating. Burial will follow at J & K Caudill Cemetery-Fogertown, Kentucky with DAV Chapter 158 Keavy in charge of military honors.
