Wilma Jean Neal

Wilma Jean (Justice) Neal, age 73, wife of J.C. Neal of London, Kentucky passed away Saturday February 24, 2018 at her residence. She was the mother of Patty Shuler and husband Bill of Knoxville, Tennessee, Tony Dulling and wife Maria of Lawrenceville, Georgia, and Tim Dulling and wife April of Columbia, South Carolina; the step mother of Victoria Quinlan of London, Kentucky; the sister of Sue Davis and Wayne Justice both of Williamsburg, Kentucky. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ambrose and Bertha Justice and by six brothers and 2 sisters. Funeral Services for Wilma Jean (Justice) Neal will be conducted Thursday March 1, 2018 at 2:00 PM in London Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Roger Miller and Bro. Rufus Slusher officiating. Burial will follow at Locust Grove Cemetery.
