Hunter Roark Sr.

Hunter Roark, Sr., age 81, husband of Nancy Roark of Crystal Lake, Illinois passed away Sunday, January 12, 2020 in McHenry, Illinois. He was the father of Mattie Nelson and husband Mark, of Crystal Lake, Illinois, Eloise Rodkey of Island Lake, Illinois, Birdie Sue Bonni and Hunter Roark, Jr, both of McHenry, Illinois, and Leonard Roark of Frankfort, Kentucky; the brother of Lee Roark of Morristown, Tennessee, and Rose Mary Roark of Kentucky. He was preceded in death by one son Lynn Roark, his parent's George and Birdie (Asher) Roark and one brother Chester Roark. Funeral services for Hunter Roark, Sr., will be conducted Saturday, January, 18, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. at Kelly Rock Baptist Church in War Branch, Kentucky with Pastor Charles Park and Roy Napier officiating. Burial will follow at Spicewood Cemetery in Leslie County, Kentucky. The family of Hunter Roark, Sr., will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service on Saturday, January, 18, 2020 at Kelly Rock Baptist Church.
