Jeffrey Scott Goins, age 39, husband of Krystal Delynn (Patterson) Goins of London, Kentucky passed away on Wednesday, October 2, 2019 at St. Joseph Hospital in Lexington, Kentucky. He was the son of Patricia (Williams) Dobson and the step-son of Eddie Dobson of Morristown, Tennessee. The brother of Bobby Goins & wife Diana of Oak Island, North Carolina and the son-in-law of Wayne & Kimberly Patterson of London, Kentucky. The nephew of Angela Adams of Hazard, Kentucky and Bill & Betty Houston of Crossville, Tennessee. Jeffrey Scott Goins was preceded in death by his father Bobby Goins his paternal grandparents Wheeler & Margaret Goins and his Maternal grandparents Thomas & Ida Williams. The family of Jeffrey Scott Goins will receive friends at London Funeral Home on Friday, October 4th, 2019 evening after 6:00 P.M.
